Burger King in Malsfeld

Ordering at the drive in has often been missing something! Annoying when you've paid the full amount! Sometimes very incompetent employees. Burger been cold and hard several times. I think twice about ordering something

Some of the staff works in the kitchen without their mouth and nose covering, and that during the pandemic (one member of staff prepared the food with the mask hanging on only one ear). Even the staff who come to work enter the restaurant without a mouth or nose cover. The health of the customers is played with here ... Sorry this is a no go and cheek!

Ordered a cappuccino recklessly. It was a mistake. Not edible from my somewhat picky point of view. Tastes like very cheap, low-fat UHT milk or even powdered milk. For 3.59 € I don't think that's okay.

Ordered two hamburgers. One was freshly made and the other obviously died of thirst in the counter - at least that's how the hard bun tasted. At the moment you are only allowed into the building from the parking lot side and have to get out on the other side. Unfortunately there is the DriveIn and not a pedestrian path. So you better go back out on the parking lot side. Toilets are locked. Why?

Impossible!!!! 1. Staff is unfriendly! 2. The food is served cold and half raw! ADDED TO THIS: Only one person wears the face mask! otherwise the staff does not wear one (some only by mouth). And what is absolutely amazing is that the man who prepares the food does not wear a face mask either!

Waited a long time because the cashier was overwhelmed with the cancellation of other guests. Disinfectants in the entrance area and soap in the disabled toilet were empty. Men's toilet locked. Food was okay.

A bit small and too crowded during Corona times! The concept of separate entry and exit is not observed by every guest! Long queue in front of the toilet!

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 My correct order has never been served. Something is always missing or the order is wrong. We always order citizens WITHOUT sauce and always get a citizen with sauce. This is very annoying.

1 star is still too many. Unfortunately, something is always missing when ordering in the drive-in. When employees are asked about it, they just say "can't be at all" The freshness of the burger also leaves a lot to be desired. The cups at the drinks machine are always filled so that they overflow, so they naturally stick nicely on the outside. I come from close by and keep passing there on the way home. Unfortunately, the whole thing has been going on for years and nothing seems to be changing. Except for one employee, the others are, to put it mildly, simply incapable and overwhelmed!

Coffee is an impertinence, how the supervisor treated her employees when we were there is absolutely impossible. Eat like so often on the Autobahn. With luck it is fresh, with bad luck it is already a few minutes.

Friendly staff, there is no complain. Since I do not really like food in this area, I would not comment on the food here. Superficially, this branch seems clean, but if you look around the bill is deceptively huge. Since I have seen Burger King already cleaner shops. Fast food and fast food restaurants are, as I said, not my cup of tea. Therefore, I leave it to each one to judge. From the staff I felt kindly treated and can recommend a visit from this point of view.

Horrible Dirty, no toilet paper. 2 poor guys working alone. Food took 20min to get and only half came at the same time. Time to sharpen up, BK!

Very clean and fast Service

I asked for a 'spicy cheese burger menu' he charged me separately, €2 more, since I did not tell the precise menu name 'King menu'. When I complained the guy came out to show me the ad outside, criticizing me that I cannot read. He was stinking from circa 2 meters distance so this was the point when I asked him to eat his sandwich himself and I left. I will never ever even try Burger King again. Ever.

Rip off, as always, tea is €3, price of two Hamburgers or a large cappuccino. And, not unusual in Germany, long lines.....
